At S. N. S. HERNING, we take pride in our heritage of quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your knitwear is not the right fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our Danish facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
